Dr. Fountain is the Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Fountain of Solutions, LLC. Fountain of Solutions is an organization dedicated to providing organizational and human resource services to organizations large and small. Dr. Fountain specializes in unique and lasting solutions for each client.

Dr. Fountain serves as Special Appointment Instructor for Cornerstone University’s Professional and Graduate Studies Division (PGS). She is also an adjunct instructor for Northwood University. Dr. Fountain has practical and theoretical experience which enhances her ability to determine the root cause of your issues and create a solution unique to your situation.

Dr. Fountain has served on numerous boards of directors including Potter Park Zoo, The Erickson Learning Foundation, Greater Lansing Society of Human Resource Management (GLSHRM), Lansing Commission on Race and Diversity, Diversity Lansing, and Capital Quality and Innovation.
